Thank You for shopping at Premier Style Collection. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


RETURN POLICY

All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving order.

If you would like to return merchandise, please email info@premierstylecollection.com to get return authorization.

If you are returning damaged merchandise, please send pictures to info@premierstylecollection.com

All return packages must be received by Premier Style Collection within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-damaged returned merchandise.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns.

Premier Style Collection will cover shipping for any damaged merchandise.

Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt of your returned package.

Refunds will be issued back to the original credit card used for payment.  All return items must be inspected and approved prior to refunds being issued.  

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date

Premier Style Collection reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.


HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

Carefully review our Returns Policy above to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.

Place the packing slip, along with the item(s) – with original hang tags attached (if applicable) and in undamaged condition – in a securely sealed shipping package. Jewelry items must be bubble wrapped or packed in a box upon return shipping.

Please email us your shipping method and tracking number, so you can track your returned package.

Please allow sufficient time for your package to reach us, plus an additional 7 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email from us when your return has been processed and credited. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.



INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To make a return on an International order, please follow the return instructions (“How to Make a Return”) above. We strongly recommend that you ship your package with a carrier service that provides tracking information. Please email us your shipping method and tracking number so we can track your return package.
